Biography

Elizabeth “Beth” Barea, MPA, PA-C, received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia, graduating magna cum laude. Ms. Barea completed her Masters of Physician Assistant at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She enjoys working in family practice and urgent care where she assesses and treats a variety of issues and believes that patient education is key in helping patients live happy, healthy lives.

Ms. Barea is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants. She is a Virginia Beach native and enjoys exercising, going to the beach, watching sports, and relaxing with her friends and family in her spare time.
